Upper Valley Home Growers

This local group of home growers and food producers is intended to be a support forum relating to growing and eating in The Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hmpshire. It is only in the early planning stage, and does not even have a name yet (see the forum below to help select one), but I invite you to join me. We can achieve so much more together, than with each of us trying to find our own ways by ourselves.

If you have any questions about or suggestions for this group or site, please contact me via the forum or any of the other methods listed below. Thank you!

Breaking News

UVHG Calendar - Take 1

I have started a Calendar of Events that might be of interest to local growers and consumers. I hope to install a new calendar application in the future, but wanted to get this one running in the mean time. You can also subscribe to the calendar.

Please email any events for inclusion to the email address below.

Forums

UVHG Forum - I have created an oline forum for us to use. It appears to be working well. Sprouting The Seed is a good place to start.

While the forums are quite easy to use, I understand that many of us are not entirely at home in the digital realm. Please let me know if you have any problems using the forum or the site in general. The whole point is to make our lives easier, not more difficult. I have listed my contact information below.

Local Resources

This directory includes links to local organizations and suppliers of interest to gardeners and consumers in The Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont. Please submit other pages that might be included to the email address below.

Blogs

I hope to have a blog up and running shortly. Please let me know if you are interestied in writing a blog yourself; the software makes it far easier than I had imagined and I am happy to provide the tools and space.

E-Mail List/Newsletter

You can use the link below to add your email address to the list; please let me know the e-mail address I should use. If you do not have e-mail, you are welcome to provide a regular usps mailing address and I will do my best to keep in touch.
